Shrewsbury Food Festival

This weekend I had a wonderful time at the Shrewsbury Food Festival, thank you to all my wonderful regular customers who visited my stand and new customers who visited to try my chocolates. I hope everyone enjoyed seeing the Cocoa Pods which Marou sent over especially from Vietnam, it was amazing to be able to show people what a real cocoa pod looks like, and I know many of the children enjoyed touching the pods and looking at the insides. The award winning Salted Caramels sold so quickly I ended up selling out on both days, other popular chocolates included the Lavender Truffles and the Cinder Toffee Bars.

I also got the opportunity to demo one of my favourite desserts in the Indoor Market; I hope you enjoyed learning how to make a Chocolate Bomb. I will be adding the recipe and video soon, so people can recreate the dessert at home.

The fabulous Victoria Macken visited by stand and took a selection of amazing pictures; she also helped to take the main picture of my new banner, which was designed by Dena Evans.
